#头条创作挑战赛#有不少新手同学询问怎么使用Stable Diffusion，今天来说一下，云端运行Stable Diffusion快速绘制你的第一张AI图.
Step1: 使用Colab
网上太多方法可以跑Stable Diffusion, 有在自己电脑跑,或是linux上跑或是直接用colab，国内的可以使用autodl,我们这次接学从最快的方式,最不需要电脑知识的方式colab。
提醒：本文讲到的方式，前提是你能访问google。
我们需要用到GitHub -
camenduru/stable-diffusion-webui-colab,限于平台要求，自行去github搜一下。
search "chillout_mix_webui_colab", 点击"Stable"
点击后就会来到这页面,接着只要点击Run就会开始运行了
等个几分钟后,你拉到最下面会看到这几个links,随便点击一个连接就会开启stable diffusion。

点开连接后，就可以看到下图界面,点选"text2img"然后把以下提示词粘贴（提示词附文后）打进去

colab好处是对于新手非常友好,只要使用量不大就是免费的,因为新手通常也不会跑很多次,可以尝试用用colab来看看自己有没有兴趣再深入。
之后还有诸多进阶内容,下载model,改姿势,个人觉得都是需要一些时间学习的,但整体是非常有趣,对于不会画画但又想创作的人来说是一大福音！
