使用ChatGPT完成作业和写论文是不道德和不健康的学习方式。学生们需要学会自主思考，理解知识并自己动手完成作业。使用ChatGPT完成作业只能短暂地帮助学生获得分数，但不能提高他们的学习能力和知识水平。
